As well, some facilities have employee classifications that are not eligible for benefits unless stated in the policy for the benefit.

PAID TIME OFF (PTO)
PTO provides benefit eligible employees (working 16 hours per week or more) with paid time off to use for personal reasons, the occasional sick day, vacations, bereavement, holidays and any unscheduled work absence of 15 minutes or more.
